Principal fitness trainer, Andy King, has been working in the industry for more than 26 years, after leaving the British Army following a tour of duty which saw him stationed around the world.
He gained his qualifications through the YMCA in London in fitness and nutrition. He went on to work as a fitness consultant on the cruise ships for the Holland America, Costa, Carnival and Disney lines. Has trained and helped 1000’s of people, from all walks of life; Knights of the realm, TV, Radio and Music Celebrities, Local Business Men and Women, With over 45,000 coaching hours behind him, You can be assured he is probably the most experienced and results driven Health, Fitness and Lifestyle coach in Folkestone, Hythe, Hawkinge, Sandgate, and beyond.
In 1995 he turned his attentions to creating this company that has successfully worked with corporate and private clients. I have worked with Tesco, Eurotunnel, Saga, and district councils including Shepway and Dover.
